Representative matches:

Our policy remains the same, which is to give the opportunity to as many bowlers as is practically possible to represent the CSSC at this level.

With limited matches per season, and with a large pool of bowlers keen to play, a permanent place in the team is not possible to guarantee, and likewise selection to the team requires some degree of patience from all concerned.

The standard, and capabilities of bowlers who have played for the CSSC in the past are well known to the selection committee and captain, but any new members who wish to play, would help in their selection by including some relevant facts, i.e. Which League he or she plays in, any successes / achievement etc.

Special Paid Leave is not guaranteed, but we will support by documentation, any application for SPL to your employer.

If you are interested in playing for the CSSC in any of the matches, please contact Mr. A. Eddie or J. Butterworth, and please remember to keep a note of the dates in your diary.

Additional non-funded matches have been arranged, in the National Police League, to give extra opportunities to members wishing to be selected to play for the CSSC.

Over Events:
We also organised men's and ladies individual events leading to Qualifying for the national finals.
A team K.O. competition for a 8 person teams and also various other events and taster day's.
All our activities are open to members of the CSSC Sports and Leisure.
